Meet John,
As the founder of Manning & Manning Construction, established in April 2019, I have dedicated my career to realizing clients' dreams of owning their ideal homes. From a young age, I discovered my passion for construction, starting with building forts in my backyard at the age of twelve. This early interest grew into a lifelong commitment to craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Beyond the technical aspects of construction, I find great joy in collaborating closely with clients, guiding them from initial concepts to the realization of their dream homes. I understand that building a home is not only a significant investment but also a deeply personal and emotional journey. My goal is to make this process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible, ensuring each client's vision is meticulously executed.

I am privileged to be a husband to my beautiful wife, Kaitlyn, and a proud father to four wonderful children: John Michael, Blakely, Luke, and Emerson. They inspire me to uphold the highest standards in my professional endeavors, ensuring each project reflects the same care and dedication I bring to my own family.

My Story
I graduated from Jackson Academy in 2013 before pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Mississippi State University, graduating in 2017. Following my education, I entered the construction industry as a project manager at All South Contractors, gaining valuable experience in project oversight and execution.
In April 2019, I took a significant step in my career by founding Manning & Manning Construction. Since its inception, the company has specialized in constructing upscale residential properties in prominent communities such as Silverleaf, Westlake, and the Village at Madison. Our portfolio includes a range of projects from single-family homes to townhomes, contributing to the growth and development of these areas.

Throughout my career, I've been privileged to witness the evolution of the Village at Madison, where I have been actively involved since its early stages. This involvement has allowed me to play a pivotal role in shaping the community's architectural landscape and contributing to its vibrant residential offerings.

On a personal note, I married my high school sweetheart in May 2017, and we welcomed our first child in April 2019, followed by our daughter in 2021. Currently, we recently welcomed the arrival of twins in August 2024, marking another significant milestone for our growing family.
